1 lb carrots, peeled, cut into 3 x 1/2-inch strips
1 lb parsnips, peeled, cut into 3 x 1/2-inch strips
1 lb rutabaga, peeled, cut into 3 x 1/2-inch strips
6 Tbsp butter
1/4 c Maple Syrup
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Either steam or roast vegetables until crisp-tender. Combine butter and Maple Syrup in large skillet, bring to boil, and simmer for 1 minute. Add vegetables and toss to coat. Salt and pepper to taste.
