6 very ripe peaches, halved and pitted
2 teaspoons coconut oil
1 cup whipping cream Maple Syrup
DIRECTIONS:
Rub peach halves with coconut oil. Place skin side down on a hot grill. Grill 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally till skin starts to separate from the peach.
Remove from the grill and remove peel.
Whisk cream in small bowl until peaks form.
On six plates, place two peach halves. Spoon on whipped cream and drizzle each plate with maple syrup.
