2 cloves garlic, chopped
1⁄4 c butter
3 c mushrooms, sliced or quartered (a variety of mushrooms is best)
1⁄4 c Maple Syrup
DIRECTIONS:
Melt butter in sauté pan, add garlic, cook till soft. Add mushrooms, sauté till mushrooms soften. Add Maple Syrup, stir, continue heating until maple reduces by half.
