GINGER GLAZED CARROTS |

Substitute other vegetables such as snow peas, beets or leeks.
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS:
16 oz package baby carrots
3 Tbsp butter
1⁄4 c Maple Syrup
DIRECTIONS:
Cover carrots with water, cook till tender and drain. Add butter and Maple Syrup. Simmer carrots in maple mixture until glazed.
