When trying to create my own recipes, I have a hard time getting the spices in the right proportion to create a dish that has just the right flavor. I don’t know how many times my main dishes have been just so-so and the leftovers thrown out. Or if I did get it right I failed to write it down and could not duplicate my triumph. The 5.5 ounce package serves 8 so pop the leftovers (if there are any) into the freezer and nourish your body with a heat and eat lunch or last minute dinner. My husband had seconds, I had it for breakfast and lunch the next day (I simply couldn’t resist as it is SO good!), and we still have leftovers in the freezer for some other night that I don’t want to cook, but we still want a fabulous meal. You not only get your money’s worth out of this meal, you get incredible taste and nutrition too.

A 3-4 lb boneless chuck roast a can of diced tomatoes, a can of tomato sauce and 3 Cups of water are all you need to add to this flavorful mix of dehydrated potatoes, carrots, onions, corn, and celery. The spice packet contains minced garlic, dehydrated mushrooms, thyme, bay leaf and black pepper. All natural of course, notice the ingredients do not include salt, MSG or any other preservative!

Make it with low sodium beef broth and add a cup of your favorite red table wine (not cooking wine), add Dijon mustard or horseradish to the gravy or finish with sour cream and chives to elevate this everyday meal to gourmet status!

Enhance the meal with a glass of red wine, hot crunchy French bread and a cold crisp green salad for a dinner that will satisfy and delight even picky guests or family members!
