3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar (try A Perfect Pear'sPear Balsamic Vinegar)
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Dijon mustard (or try one of these)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1⁄2 c extra virgin olive oil
1⁄2 c vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Combine vinegar, Sweet Savory, mustard, lemon juice and garlic. Whisk in oils, until well blended. Salt and pepper to taste.
