1 8-ounce package of cream cheese at room temperature
½ cup sour cream
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2-3 teaspoons of grated or finely chopped sweet onion
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh dillweed
¼ teaspoon sea salt or Himalayan salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
3 ounces Salmon Caviar
Water Crackers
DIRECTIONS:
In a bowl mix the cream cheese and sour cream. Add in the lemon juice, onion, dillweed and salt and pepper. Gently fold in Salmon Caviar. Place in attractive serving bowl, garnish top of dip with remaining caviar, cover and refrigerate up to one day.
Place serving bowl on large plate. Surround plate with water crackers and parsley.
