4 Halibut steaks
1 Bottle Mango Peach Chile Sauce
½ cup diced onions
2 cups brown rice
2 cups water
1 Tablespoon butter
1 Tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
Olive oil
Sea Salt
Fresh ground pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Sauté onions in butter, olive oil and salt and pepper.
Just before onions are translucent, add rice and lightly brown. Add water; cover and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes (or per instructions on package) until done. Lightly oil, salt and pepper steaks and grill over medium heat until just firm to the touch. Warm Melanie's Fine Foods Mango Peach Chile Sauce in saucepan. Do not boil.
When rice is done, add parsley, and mix carefully.
Place ½ cup rice on warm plate; place steak on top or rice and top with 1/4 Mango Peach Chile Sauce. Serve immediately.
