1 frozen puff pastry sheet (from 17 ¼ oz package), thawed
½ cup Cranberry Raspberry Sauce
¼ cup confectioner’s sugar
1 tablespoon heavy cream or milk
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 425F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out pastry on a lightly floured surface to a 12-by-10 inch rectangle, then cut in half lengthwise.
Cut each half crosswise in 4 (5-by-3-inch) strips (a total of 8 strips).
Spread each strip with ½ tablespoon of cranberry sauce, then fold strips in half lengthwise.
Twist each strip 3 times and place on baking sheet. Bake until golden brown (15-20 minutes).
Stir together confectioners sugar, cream & lemon juice until smooth.
