CRANBERRY RASPBERRY SCONES

Makes 8 scones

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups all purpose flour
1-teaspoon salt
1-tablespoon baking powder
1-cup heavy cream
¼ cup Cranberry Raspberry Sauce
1-tablespoon milk

DIRECTIONS:

Pre-heat oven to 400 F. Whisk together dry ingredients.

Stir in cream to form dough. Place dough in large bowl and very gently fold in Cranberry Raspberry Sauce into dough to create a swirled effect.

Drop large spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheet and brush tops of scones with milk. Bake until scones have risen and are golden brown (12-15 minutes).

Cool on wire rack. Serve with butter and some additional Cranberry Raspberry Sauce.
