I know that you might start to get bored with my reviews about how tender and juicy and flavorful this grass-fed beef supplier is, but, well, its true! Of course, when you have a Ribeye steak, there are a lot of positives to start with and this beef does not disappoint.

A beautiful maroon color, thick and firm, this 15-ounce Ribeye arrived frozen in a clear vacuum-sealed package. Easy to defrost, it was also easy to cook. Hot pan, no oil, I turned it once. Perfect! I didn’t use any oil in the pan, as I wanted to see how much fat was in this supplier’s cut. It was just right: the Ribeye browned and crisped in its own fat on the outside and was a perfect pink on the inside. Each mouthful was juicy, with lots of flavor (no seasonings added but salt), and tender. No gristle, no plateful of fat cut off, this was a delight in getting what you pay for. That evening, I pulled one little piece off and cold, straight from the refrigerator it was terrific.

Next day, I sliced it and put it in a wrap with some seasonings and lettuce and tomato. Easily chewed, this steak made a tender and flavorful wrap for lunch. Now some of you can eat this steak in one sitting straight off the grill or out of the pan and you won’t be disappointed in the hot and juicy results. But for those of you who can get another meal or two out of it, you won’t be disappointed in it cold a day or even two later. This is a great piece of steak, and of course, the health benefits are enormous! No antibiotics, hormones, animal by-products or fenced-in, feedlot treatment, these beef are free-range, healthy and full of nutrients and CLA. Not just good, but good for you!
