First, second and last, this is the juiciest, most flavorful, tender hamburger that I have ever eaten! You know the pictures that a good food photographer will take to simulate the perfect hamburger? Did you know that they spray stuff on to make them look so juicy and appealing? Well, no one needs to do, spray or add a thing to this ground beef as it cooks beautifully and produces the finest hamburger that I can ever remember eating.

It arrives frozen in a vacuum-sealed clear plastic package. It easily thaws overnight in the refrigerator. I added some seasoning and formed it into patties. I did not add any oil to the pan and put the heat just above medium. Natural fat came into the pan and the hamburger sizzled and browned beautifully. I flipped it over, and finished browning it.

The hamburger was completely cooked without any pink left and yet, when I cut into it, the juices flowed onto the plate. Each and every bite was juicy, flavorful and tender. Did I mention juicy? I guess I’m so impressed by that because it’s what we all want in a hamburger, and never really get.

I was only pan-frying and had unbelievable results, but this could make the hamburger of your dreams done on a grill. If used in a casserole, I’m sure you would notice a more moist and flavorful result than with other ground beef. The color was an even, rich maroon, and there was very little fat visible in the smooth grind. This meat is from grass-fed beef. No antibiotics, no irradiation, no hormones, no animal by-products and can you ever taste the difference! This is healthy beef with an Omega 6:3 ratio and a high CLA level due to the pasture diet. I’ve had grass-fed beef before and it’s wonderful, but this product is excellent!
