This is not just for turkey and stuffing…although it will make any Thanksgiving turkey spread sing with flavor! This is chutney that puckers and pleases, and you will use it on croissants with real butter as well as on chicken curry. Roll this in a cheese, sprout, and turkey wrap and sigh with pleasure. Dollop this on a bagel with your cream cheese and lox and you will have a brunch fit for company.

The flavor is sweet, sour, spicy and piquant. This is not your regular cranberry sauce, but rather an addictively spicy concoction that will have you reaching for more. The consistency is almost smooth and very much like a fruit ‘butter’, but with enticing bits of real cranberry, raisins and spices to add texture. The aroma is sweet and spicy and the color is a deep, dark red that looks heavenly over cream cheese.

The ingredients are cranberries, sugar, cider vinegar, raisins and spices. This has been cooked down to bring out the best in each ingredient and the results are sublime! We would put this over grilled peaches and serve vanilla or cinnamon ice cream on the side. Put this on apple pie and serve with a wedge of sharp cheddar too. Add it to rice and salmon as well as spread it over a grilled cheese sandwich.
