There are 10.7-ounces of sweet-HOT HEAT in this bottle. This sauce is HOT…but still oh so flavorful! Our hot sauce lover Zingers thought that this was the hottest of this entire supplier’s hot sauce lineup…even more so than the Atomic Sauce! Of course, our two Zingers are used to munching on Habaneros for breakfast, so their taste buds may be a little different than yours and mine!

What did they think of this besides HOT? Here are their verbatim comments: ‘There’s an immediate warmth with this sauce – It’s like taking a shot of whiskey – HOT and sweet with an undercurrent of a Tabasco flavor – I’d buy it! – This is a good assault on your senses – full flavor, chunky and thick – a smoky BBQ flavor – the flavor lasts and lasts – this is good… and hot!’

When asked how they would use this sauce they both started smiling and here’s their list: on pizza, in a salad dressing, on a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich, on grilled cheese and ham, in a wrap, in Chile and on anything that you can grill on the barbeque, including grilled chicken wings.

Both were very impressed that this sauce’s heat did not totally obliterate the flavor. Each agreed that they have eaten sauces so hot that ALL you taste is singed tongue! They like the rich, full flavor that accompanies the high heat of this sauce, and both of them are going to be switching from their old HOT sauce….to this one!

The ingredients are water, sugar, vinegar, tomatoes, red savina Habanero peppers, corn syrup solids, salt, ancho peppers, mustard seed, molasses, cayenne pepper, Habanero pepper, onion, spices, natural flavor, citric acid and xanthum gum. There’s some real heat in this bottle!

The judges at the 2007 Scovies liked it well enough to give it a Second Place in the ‘Unique’ Category. Our Zingers like it well enough to still be sneaking tastes of it. Rich and full flavored with a Zingy aroma and medium thick texture, if you like HEAT, you’ll like it too!
