Plain and Berry Flavor Aloe Vera Juice
This is an amazing product! Using only the inner filets of organically grown mature aloe plants in the Dominican Republic, a gel is extracted by hand. The gel is processed into a liquid without adding water and the resulting clear drink is highly nutritious. The benefits of drinking pure aloe juice are legendary in the Dominican Republic and other countries all over Latin America. It is consumed on a daily basis to strengthen the immune system, to maintain a healthy digestive system and to lessen the effects of arthritis. The juice contains vitamins A, C and E and is one of the few plant sources of vitamin B12. Calcium, sodium, potassium, manganese, copper, zinc, chromium and selenium are also present. The only vitamin not present in this juice is vitamin D, which you can get from sunshine. Containing the natural enzyme bradkynase, this drink reduces inflammation, while lipase and protease help digest food for optimal nutrient extraction by the body. Aloe vera juice also provides 20 of the 22 amino acids found in the body and provides 7 out of the 8 essential amino acids that the body cannot synthesize. This amazing juice also contains polysaccharides, which line the gut and help prevent the absorption of unwanted materials into the body. What does it taste like? The clear beige colored, unflavored liquid has a clean, light and slightly lemon herbal taste with an almost sweet fragrance. No aftertaste remains and it is the consistency of water. The berry flavor has just the faintest taste of berry and does not contain sugars or starches: just natural flavoring. The fragrance is stronger in berry than it is in actual berry flavor. Both juices are very, very mild without any bitterness or aftertaste. The recommended dosage is 2 to 4-ounces twice a day. Once either bottle is opened, it should be refrigerated. The taste is pleasant, but this is certainly something that could be added to a glass of juice in the morning, to cold tea, or to freshly made lemonade. The flavor is so slight that it would be hard to detect. This could be a great way to get much-needed nutrients into vitamin and mineral pill resistant people! This supplier warns that not all aloe vera juices are the same. Too many of them are diluted or contain aloin, the bitter part of the aloe plant and also process their juice by machine. This is a mild and non-bitter juice and with its outstanding nutritional qualities, we think that everyone should think of drinking some of this daily. As far as we’re concerned, this beats a dry vitamin and mineral pill any day and we’re taking advantage of all its absorbable goodness.
