We love great design and this compact, all-in-one vegan brush set and makeup case is beautifully made, simple and effective.
The case itself is 5 ¼ inches wide, 3 ½ inches tall and a miniscule ½ inch thick. The fabric is black, smooth and thick enough to be solid and hold its shape. The case is divided into two sections: one to hold the brushes and the other to hold makeup. The makeup case has a zipper top. The brush section is divided into two sections and has a cover to protect the brush heads. On the side of the brush section there is a snap: close the makeup section over the covered brushes and snap the whole case closed. Small enough to stash in a small purse, this case can travel anywhere in just a minimum of space.
The brushes are super soft! Oh my but they feel good on your face: just a whisper of a mink-like feeling and your makeup is smoothly and accurately applied. Each brush is vegan/synthetic and has a polished and varnished bamboo handle. There are six brushes in total:
• Mini flat-top foundation brush 4 ¼ inches long
• Dome blush brush 4 ½ inches long
• Oval shadow brush 4 inches long
• Contour shadow brush 4 ¼ inches long
• Angled liner brush 4 inches long
• Brushed aluminum lip brush (retractable) 3 ½ inches closed – 5 ½ inches open
The foundation and blush brush fit in the same large section as the retractable lip brush. The three eye shadow/liner brushes fit together in the smaller brush section. The zippered makeup section can hold mineral foundation, mineral blush, two eye shadows…plus some lipstick!
Go anywhere and take your makeup and brushes with you - compactly! Tuck this in a backpack and still be beautiful on the trials. Toss this in an overnight bag and know that a brush or pot of foundation will never fall to the bottom of your bag. Stash this in an evening bag and know that you can dance the night away and still look fabulous as you have everything you need with you to refresh your face and outlook!
