T–Bar™ Green Tea Nutrition Bar is a whole-food Green Tea Bar that has been cold-processed, promoting optimum enzyme activity. Consisting of 100% nature's finest raw, whole food ingredients, these vegan-friendly bars contain antioxidants from EGCG-rich Green Tea Leaf and Brewer’s Yeast which is generated from Japan's Sapporo beer distillery (contains no alcohol).
A great source of fiber, natural cellulose, vitamin B, Zinc, selenium, and chromium, the product also has a total of 14 minerals and 9 essential amino acids (valine, theronine, tryptophan, phenylalnine, lysine, isoleucine, leucine, methionine and histidine).

Liao of The University of Chicago, often introduced as “The Father of EGCG”, this family-run business has made its mission to deliver the purest, freshest form of EGCG in their premium Green Tea products, including beverage and nutritional bar forms.
The Tzu Thé story began in 2001 when Dr. Liao arranged with Dr. Yung-Chung Chiu, the agricultural counselor for Taiwanese Tea Farm development, to host an educational conference for the country’s tea farmers. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Liao’s nephew, Hsi-Ming Lin, together with his wife, Jennifer Huang, decided to bring Dr. Liao’s green tea processes to the U.S. Jennifer is now President of Tzu Thé (as well as a gourmet cook and marketing guru behind Tzu Thé’s delightful packaging concepts).
A true family legacy, the Tzu Thé name is adopted from Dr. Liao’s grandfather’s name but coincidentally, the Kanji characters pronounced in Taiwanese also mean, “Love Tea”. Lovely Tea, Lovely Story!
