¼ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper powder
2 teaspoons dried lemongrass (or lemon verbena leaves)
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
4 teaspoons ground white pepper
2 Tablespoons dried lemon zest
4 Tablespoons dried mint
DIRECTIONS:
Place the ingredients in a blender, spice or coffee grinder or in a food processor to grind finely. Store in a jar with a lid. Add this seasoning to chicken, fish, noodles and vegetables for a distinctly Thai flavor.
