INGREDIENTS:
¼ teaspoon ground cardamom seeds ¼ teaspoon ground cloves ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg ¾ teaspoon cayenne pepper powder 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon white pepper 1 Tablespoon ground cumin 2 Tablespoons dried marjoram 3 Tablespoons dried onion flakes 1 cup dried mint 1 ½ cups dried cilantro 1 ½ cups dried parsley
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all the ingredients and store in a jar with a lid. Use this blend to season lamb for shish kabobs or to season rice or vegetables for a distinctly Moroccan flair.
