1 ½ teaspoons ground white pepper
2 teaspoons – 1 Tablespoon cayenne pepper (to taste)
1 ½ teaspoons dried basil
1 ½ teaspoons dried oregano
2 Tablespoons granulated garlic
2 Tablespoons dried onion flakes
5 Tablespoons paprika
Sea salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Mix the ingredients and store in a jar with a lid. This makes a great rub for chicken, fish or steak before grilling or broiling. This blend may also be mixed with sour cream, mayonnaise or yogurt for a zingy dip for chips or vegetables.
