BUTTERNUT SQUASH FRIES

INGREDIENTS:

1 Butter nut squash
Coconut oil, olive oil, macadamia nut oil
Sea salt
Serve with ketchup

DIRECTIONS:

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.

Peel and de-seed squash. Slice squash in half and proceed to cut it up evenly into French-fry shapes. With your hands, lightly distribute 1-2 Tablespoons of oil onto fries. Place squash fries on a cookie sheet lightly greased with one of the oils. Sprinkle lightly with Sea salt.

Place tray in pre-heated oven and bake for 40 minutes.

Turn squash fries halfway through baking process. Fries are done when they are starting to brown on the edges and get crispy.

Serve with ketchup.
