SALAD:
1 ripe kiwi, peeled and sliced into half rounds
2 cups thinly shredded cabbage
1 cup quartered strawberries
¼ cup fresh cilantro, barely chopped
DRESSING:
2 teaspoons spicy mustard
1 Tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons chopped tarragon leaves, or 1 teaspoon dried leaves
1 Tablespoon sour cream or yoghurt
DIRECTIONS:
Whisk all dressing ingredients in small bowl. Toss all salad ingredients. Pour dressing over and toss again. Serve on lettuce leaves on small plates, or in salad bowls.
