1/4 cup Hemp Seed Oil
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/3 cup sherry vinegar, (or red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar)
1 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons ground cumin
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Whisk until well mixed.
Serve chilled. Will store in a sealed container in the fridge for 7-10 days.
