This bouillon is great to make and freeze as ice cubes that you can add in to any of your recipes calling for stock.
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound of marrow bones
1 quart of water
1-teaspoon salt
1-cup chopped celery
1- teaspoon pepper
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup of minced onions
DIRECTIONS:
Add ingredients to pan. Bring to boil, followed by simmer conditions until cooked to broth condition. Remove marrow bones. Pour broth into ice cube trays and freeze
Add bouillon to soup, chili and etc. as needed.
Note: Bone marrow is very nutritious . . . use and use often.
