Makes 1 ½ - 2 cups lemon sauce
INGREDIENTS:
2 organic, free-range eggs
A little flour
Juice of 1 lemon
1-2 cups organic chicken or vegetable broth (depending how thick you want the sauce)
DIRECTIONS:
In a pan, mix a little flour with the lemon juice. Add the eggs and beat well.
Put egg mixture on low heat and start adding broth. Slowly add the broth while continuing to beat.Heat the sauce and stop adding broth when it reaches desired thickness.
