MUSTARD GLAZE |

Wonderful on BBQ pork ribs and BBQ chicken.
Yield 1 cup
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 c Dijon mustard
1/3 c cider vinegar
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
1/2 c Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce
DIRECTIONS:
Whisk all ingredients in small sauce pan. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cool and refrigerate until ready to use.
