MAPLE HONEY GLAZE / MARINADE |

This can be used as either a glaze (through reduction) or a marinade.
INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 scallion, minced
1/2 c Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Heat oil and sauté garlic and scallion until soft. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil.
YIELD 1 cup
