1 small jalapeno, seeded and finely minced
Juice of 2 limes, plus 1-teaspoon lime zest
2 Tablespoons soy or tamari sauce
½ cup ginger preserve/conserve
DIRECTIONS:
In a small pan, bring all the ingredients to a simmer. Let simmer gently and add more limejuice or soy sauce to taste.
This is a great sauce for just about any fish dish, or pour over rice to accompany a fish dish.
