Serve as a dip for fresh strawberries, blueberries and cherries.
Makes 1 pound
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups Greek-style yogurt
1 Tablespoon freshly grated orange zest
1/3 cup finely chopped fresh mint
DIRECTIONS:
Combine the yogurt, zest and mint in a large bowl.
Using a yogurt strainer, or a colander lined with two layers of clean cheesecloth, pour seasoned yogurt in to drain.
Let drain over bowl in refrigerator (overnight) for at least 12 hours.
