4 ounces organic cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup ricotta cheese (organic if available)
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan
½ cup organic sour cream
1 Tablespoon lemon peel, finely grated
¾ cup chives, finely snipped
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
DIRECTIONS:
In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese with an electric mixer.
Add ricotta, Parmesan and sour cream till blended.
With a spoon, stir in lemon peel, chives and salt and pepper to taste.
