8 ounces room temperature cream cheese
2 cups sour cream
8-ounces of your favorite Blue Cheese
4 Tablespoons chopped fresh chives (garlic or regular)
Freshly ground pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
In a bowl, whip cream cheese with a handheld mixer, slowly adding sour cream until all cream cheese and sour cream are smooth and blended. Add Blue Cheese and mix one minute until large lumps are gone, but there is still a pleasant texture.
Stir in chives and pepper and scrape into a serving bowl with a spatula. Cover and refrigerate to let flavors meld. Serve with potato chips, water crackers or raw vegetables.
