INGREDIENTS:
1 clove of garlic
9oz hummus dip
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup water
Salt and pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
In blender chop garlic. Add hummus, juice and water; blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
