Serve with grilled pork or fish, as a topping for pound cake, even on pancakes.
Yield 1 cup
INGREDIENTS:
1 mango, peeled and diced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
2 green onions, sliced
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 c fresh cilantro
Salt to taste
1-2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients except Sweet Heat in food processor. Process till coarsely chopped. Add Sweet Heat to taste. Refrigerate.
