1 lemon, or 12 sprigs of lemon verbena
10 fresh mint leaves
4 cups boiling water
Large tea pot
DIRECTIONS:
If using lemon, wash and peel the lemon so that just the yellow is used.
Place lemon strips, or lemon verbena sprigs, with mint leaves into a warmed teapot.
Add the boiling water and steep for 3 minutes.
Serve hot, or strain and refrigerate tea for iced tea.
