CARIBBEAN COFFEE |

Serves 6
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups hot coffee
¼ cup thinly sliced orange peel
1 orange, peeled and sliced
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon aromatic bitters
½ cup whipping cream, whipped
DIRECTIONS:
Pour 4 cups of hot coffee into saucepan. Add orange peel and orange slices and steep on low heat for 15 minutes.
Add sugar and bitters. Strain and pour into heatproof glasses, coffee cups or mugs. Top with whipped cream.
