Like nothing you have experienced before! A mix of tropical fruits nestled in whole grain goodness and lightly sweetened with soy milk and grade B pure maple syrup then dusted with cinnamon.
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup organic oat groats
5 cups pure water
1 pinch sea salt
1 Tablespoon raisins
1 Tablespoon cranberries
1 Tablespoon mango, diced
1 Tablespoon organic maple syrup
¼ cup organic milk
¼ teaspoon organic vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
First rinse the oat groats.
In a pan bring to a boil the oats, water and salt.
Cook at a slow boil for 1 ½ hours or until grain is done; stirring occasionally.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Serve at room temperature, or hot.
