Freeze For Later! Any extra liquid that you have, freeze in ice cube trays, put in well marked plastic freezer bags and then pull out as needed. For example: Wine… to add dash to a soup, to steam mushrooms, to bake garlic in Myer’s Lemon… to chill and zing your lemonade, add to iced tea as an ice cube or add to a Daiquiri Homemade broth… to sauté or steam with, to add fullness of flavor to vegetables or pasta Blood Orange juice… to make regular orange juice cold and sing with flavor…or to add to a Margarita Tea… to use as ice cubes in your iced tea, to steam delicate vegetables, to cool tea that is too hot Tomato juice… to use as ice cubes in a Bloody Mary, to quickly chill Gazpacho Olive brine… to use in marinades for meat or vegetables, to thin dips that are too thick, to zing soups Coffee... to use in iced coffee, to cool coffee that is too hot, to use in a brownie or cookie recipe, to add to a sorbet recipe Pickled Jalapeno juice… to zing cocktail sauce, to add to dips, to zip up chili, to steam shrimp Caper juice… as a base for a pasta sauce, in an herbal vinaigrette, to add to cocktail sauce, to thin dip.
