What is so great about this cloth? It cleans any hard surface that you can name, with only water. Yep! All you do is wet this cloth and it literally drinks up and absorbs dirt, grease, gunk, messes and holds them in the cloth until you rinse them away from the cloth. No cleaning products. No Rinsing or scrubbing of surfaces, this cloth absorbs the dirt and grease and keeps it from being re-deposited onto your surface. Result? Clean, sparkling surfaces with the absolute minimum of work.
Think of it… no cleaning products to purchase and pollute, no paper towels to throw away. No cleaning cloths to bleach, wash and dry. How much money could you save every month, every year if you used one or two cloths and essentially all you had to do was rinse them? I’m convinced that it’s BIG bucks that can be saved by ditching our old cleaning methods and turning to something that is truly revolutionary!
The cloth is about 13 x 16-inches long and starts off pure white and super smooth. Once you start cleaning though, the cloth will absorb the dirt. If your cloth is white, you’re not using it enough! The fibers in this cloth are 70% polyester and 30% polyamide and are so tiny and fine that they are 200 times finer than a human hair! Each fiber is produced with wedge shapes and plenty of space around the wedges to grab and hold dirt and grease. There are 200,000 of each of these fibers per square inch so that is a lot of dirt and grease holding capability! Because polyamide is so absorbent (it holds up to 7 times its weight in liquid and grime), it clamps on to the dirt and grease, wicking it away from the surface that you are cleaning. Regular cloth rags, sponges or paper towels cannot do this- they streak, spread the grease or dirt around and kick up dust instead of collecting it.
Lint-free, you can clean glass, mirrors, stainless and computer screens with this and have a totally streak-free, lint-free surface. The polyester in this cloth is super, super tough and prevents this cloth from ripping or tearing. As this cloth dries quickly (remember all the spaces that absorb the dirt and grease as you clean?) this cloth never molds or harbors bacteria. No more smelly sponges, rags or cleaning cloths! You can use this micro-fiber cloth hundreds and hundreds of times and it’s guaranteed to last at least two years. Can your paper towel, sponge or your regular cleaning cloth last that long, or smell so fresh or clean so thoroughly?
We put this towel to the test. We cleaned the inside of the glass fireplace doors, the stainless refrigerator door, the fingerprinted kitchen cabinets and stainless handles, the granite counter top, computer screens, wooden chairs, a tile floor, a greasy gas stove top, porcelain, a dirty hearth, a stainless kitchen sink, and glass cabinet doors. All we did was wet the cloth, wring it out well and wipe the myriad hard surfaces. When we thought it needed it, we rinsed the cloth, wrung it out well and kept right on cleaning. We cleaned so much in such a little amount of time! We did not have to use scouring powders, sprays, glass or stainless cleaners. All we used was water and the results were sparkling and gleaming: truly and totally clean with a minimum of effort! If scouring is needed, the supplier suggests using baking soda, so much simpler and safer than toxic cleaners!
Dust and dirt did NOT get pushed around. It was absorbed and held by the cloth. Special polishing rags were not needed to wipe away streaks left by cloth rags and spray cleaners. Water cleaned up grease and even soot! ONE mirco-fiber cloth did it all…and did a superb job! The owner recommends two cloths: one for light work, one for heavy work such as cleaning boats, cars, barbeques, motorcycles, garages, workspaces and sheds. The other cloth can do all of your indoor chores from windows and countertops to appliances and walls. If you want disinfecting capabilities, all you need to do is spritz the microfiber cloth or your surface with vinegar or a water and tea tree essential oil solution…and germs and bacteria are eradicated. No harsh solutions, no grit to rinse, no bottles to lug around as you clean.
Our team is planning on getting several of these cloths: one for outdoor/heavy-duty jobs, an indoor cleaning cloth for all indoor cleaning jobs and a few to use to dry our hands and dishes (to replace paper towels and even dishtowels!). The micro-fiber cloths are all the same, but they are all able to clean surfaces that run the gamut from tough to delicate. They rinse easily or they can be thrown in the washer when you have finished cleaning your whole house. Air-dry them…and they are ready to go again, and again and again.
