Yowza these cracker/tortilla chips are spicy, tingly, flavorful and addictive…just like Buffalo Wings!
We can’t tell you how thrilled we are with this supplier’s line of tortilla chips/crackers as soooo many chips, crackers and tortilla chips have cheap, nasty oils in them: these don’t! Our team had been practically crackerless and chipless until discovering the Sweet Potato Tortilla Chip/Cracker and this delicious Buffalo Cracker/Tortilla Chip. Now we can dip, crunch, munch and accompany so many other foods and not compromise our natural and clean standard with yucky GMO canola and soy oils! Yeah!!!
The ingredients in this crispy, triangular chip are stone ground corn, cayenne pepper sauce (cayenne red peppers, vinegar, salt, garlic) sunflower or safflower oil, corn bran and cane sugar. The flavor is corn, spicy heat, a little garlic and just the tiniest taste of vinegar. It’s a great combination that keeps you reaching for the bag, and if you dipped these in blue cheese dip, or fruit salsa or any kind of vegetable/sour cream dip, your eyes would roll back in your head and you could swear you were in Buffalo Wing heaven!
With the corn and the heat of these chips, be sure and put a big bowl of them on the table when you server Chili or Tex Mex dishes. Try melting some cheese on them and dipping them in sour cream and be sure and dip these into some pulled chicken that has been mixed with a tomatillo salsa. Yikes…but these are good and will have you reaching for the bag no matter what you are cooking!
These sturdy chips will stand up to some serious dipping! They are not faint of heart and will not crumble or break off in a thick dip.
