There are several ingredients that are unique to this line of nutrition bars: Sprouted whole grain brown rice, Tzu The green tea, Konnyaku natural sweetener and bamboo salt.
Tzu The green tea is a pesticide-free, all-natural premium tea that is known for its high level of EGCG. Through a special process, the usual oxidation of tea is prevented: resulting in a nutrient and antioxidant rich product.
The Japanese brown rice is rich in amino acids, fiber and enzymes as it has been soaked to the point of germination. The bamboo salt is created by roasting sea salt in bamboo cylinders that have been plugged at either end with yellow mud. The salt absorbs minerals from the bamboo and mud, while the bamboo and mud absorb impurities from the salt.
Konnyaku natural sweetener is derived from Konjac, a Japanese tuber that is rich in minerals, high in fiber, low-fat and low calorie, which has the added benefit of reducing the speed at which your body processes sugar. This unique food prevents rapid jumps in blood sugar levels while being a natural sweetener.
Additional ingredients in this nutrition bar are whole grain oats, corn flakes, whole grain buckwheat, unsulphured dried lemon zest and grapes as well as brewer’s yeast from the Sapporo Beer distillery (no alcohol). Each ingredient contributes to the outstanding nutritive value of this crunchy and chewy light bar.
