We are grateful for having found these aromatherapy blend oils. These are not oils for moisturizing your body and not oils to use to fragrance your home; these oils are used to soothe and relax tense and tender muscles.

Back Soothe is a base of grapeseed oil with a blend of essential oils of rosemary, black pepper, ginger and marjoram. Each essential oil plays its own part in relaxing muscles…and when muscles are relaxed, it helps to relieve pain.

How does they work? The essential oils are absorbed through the skin and enter the bloodstream, as well as your being able to benefit from the soothing qualities of inhaling the aromatic essences. Both methods contribute to a relaxation and pain reduction: gently and naturally.

There is no sensation of heat or cooling…or anything. A squirt of oil is rubbed onto the muscle or area of your back that hurts and within a few minutes you can literally feel a calming of the area. The fragrances are softly ginger and spicy. The grapeseed oil allows it to be slick enough to glide and rub in…and then it is gone, just the slightest suggestion of moistness left behind.

The whole experience is simple, pleasant, neat and easy. You don’t even feel like you need to wash your hands afterwards as there is no chemical or medicinal residue left behind; just a lovely fragrance.

Everyone on our team has one ache or another in different parts of our bodies or backs. Some have tight muscles from exercising, others a nagging pull between the shoulder blades, and one of us has a lower back that subtly but surely makes itself felt by its tenseness.
