The Pure Zing team has tried a lot of body butters in the last few years but this is the first time that we have tried a body butter that actually acts more like a balm. We say that as most body butters are like putting your fingers into soft butter, and this semi-solid formulation’s consistency is thicker and less oily feeling.

We actually like this consistency as we know that it is highly concentrated and therefore we do not need to slather this on…rather we dab it on and gently spread a thin layer. Also, body butters are more butter and less fragrance….at least compared to this. This is a lot of fresh lavender fragrance in a small 1.8-ounce tin.

Another pro to this butter is the smallness of the tin as most body butters come in larger containers that are heavy and hard to pack in a suitcase or backpack. This tin could easily fit into a back pocket, purse, glove compartment, backpack or briefcase. In other words, this is a body butter that you can take with you and use to soothe and moisturize your skin where you might most need it: outdoors, at the office, at the lake, beach or on a camping or hiking trip. Did we mention a great lavender fragrance? Absolutely! This high quality Lavender Provence essential oil is fresh, crisp and lemony while still being heady with a rich, calming lavender fragrance. Of course lavender is well known for its antiseptic and antifungal properties; healing wounds, burns, cuts, sunburns, wrinkles and inflammations.
