The charcoal gray, tough plastic, 250ml. bottle sits on a wide and steady flip-top cap so that the shampoo is always ready to squeeze right out. The clear, pale golden liquid is medium in consistency so that it spreads easily through your hair.

This shampoo is the same pH as your hair and scalp so that it works for all hair types. Without harsh chemicals, this shampoo is a welcome change in how to clean your hair from now on. As men have DHT, a bi-product of testosterone which causes thinning hair, the last thing a man wants to do is further upset his scalp and hair by allergic reactions to chemicals. That is why the male owner of this shampoo wanted something that was nourishing for hair, cleaned sebum from the roots so that they could get nutrients and oxygen, but without the nasty hair-loss causing ingredients that are in grocery store shampoos.

The ingredients are distilled water, plant-based sodium olefin sulfonate, coconut-based cocoamidopropyl betaine, vegetable glycerin, sea salt, wheat protein, Neem leaf extract, vitamin E, vitamin B5, plant-based polysorbate 20 and potassium sorbate, vitamin C, baking soda, plant based citric acid and jojoba oil with floral waters.

Don’t panic when you see the words ‘floral water’ as the fragrance is faint, fresh and outdoorsy, not feminine. Our Pure Zing men liked that although it lathered well, it rinsed easily, leaving their scalp feeling clean without their hair being stripped. When dry, all the men liked that their hair felt healthy, and that it styled well.
